The OH service available on poee, and provided by ELBIS Sp. z o.o. consists in commanding the Schedule Units of Balancing Market Participants and delivering notifications of Energy Sale Agreements to TSO (Transmission System Operator) through the WIRE system. Depending on the Schedule Unit type these are:

• Energy Sales Agreement Notification.
• Cross–System Exchange Trading Schedules Notification.
• Measurement Points Hourly Notification.

What is zOHee?
zOHee is an innovative computer system used to exchange information between the Trading Operator and market participants. The system simplifies notifications to the maximum and performs a data accuracy check while importing data, providing actual information about notification execution status. The system is designed to guarantee the highest security and notification correctness.

Benefits from the OH service.
ELBIS Sp. z o.o. performing the OH service takes full responsibility for the correct execution of all required notifications to TSO, including the risk resulting from errors, or the lack of any required notifications. As the only company in Poland we hold an insurance policy on account of any notification errors or technical malfunctions. As far as we know, we have competitive advantage over other systems in Poland.

Who can use our OH service?
Every entity actively participating in the energy market, which has signed an agreement with TSO for transmission services and will sign an adequate agreement for OH services with ELBIS Sp. z o.o.

How to become a user of the OH service?
In order to use our OH service it will suffice to sign a standard agreement with us, and an adequate agreement (or annex in case an agreement exists) with TSO.
